Hello everyone! My name is Martin; I am the newest Peer Financial Advisor. I am excited to be on board with such a great team to help my fellow peers become financially fit. I am in my fourth year here at DePaul studying Secondary Social Sciences and Mathematics Education with a minor in Urban Geography. I was interested in this position because I love teaching and I think that financial literacy is extremely important for you to know. I hope that my passion for both will really show. When I am not teaching or going to class, I like to listen to music, read, ride my bike (pretty much my mode of transportation), play trivia, and do karaoke. I am a big nerd at heart, which why I am obsessed with game shows (don’t laugh). I know it’s weird but it’s cool to me. I really hope that I can help you this year and if you see me around campus feel free to stop and talk. Unless I look like I am in rush, but I will still say hello! Have a great year!
